What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit in the form, currently your name and email address. During onboarding and customer billing, we may also process agency account details, setup information, billing contact details, Stripe customer identifiers, invoice status, and basic technical request data required to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

We use this data to:

• manage the chosn waitlist
• contact you about early access, launch updates, and onboarding
• set up customer accounts, payment methods, invoicing, and billing status
• avoid duplicate submissions and protect the waitlist from abuse

Processors and infrastructure

Waitlist data is stored using Supabase. The website is hosted through our web infrastructure providers. Payment method collection, customer records, and invoicing are processed through Stripe. We only use service providers that are necessary to run the waitlist, deliver updates, onboard customers, and manage billing.

Retention

We keep waitlist, onboarding, and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, manage customer accounts, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or until you ask us to delete data that no longer needs to be retained.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
